We would love you too but not unless you want to, we won’t put any pressure on you. However, our Backpack and Satchel members will have an opportunity to have a ‘Guest Speakers’ slot at one of our workshops. You can either discuss your idea for your speakers spot with a committee member at an event or use the contact page form to register your interest.

Yes. You can attend on a pay-as-you-go basis but you’ll not gain any of the benefits of membership. 

For those who do not want to attend the event alone, we offer a buddy scheme. One of our members will accompany you and introduce you to existing members. Send us a note using our contact page form and we will arrange for one of our buddy members to contact you.

We are a very friendly networking group and have members from all kinds of business sectors. They are all listed in our member directory. Remember though, it’s not always the people you meet, it’s about information sharing and recommendations – you never know who other people know!

We welcome all businesswomen from any business sector in and around the Greater Manchester area. All of our members are encouraged to share their business knowhow that will add value to our members business journey.

Our popular ‘Sounding Board’ events are FREE for all members to attend. For non-members, our Sounding Board events are £10 plus booking fee. We also have workshops at £20 and dining events at £30.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your membership username and password so that you can access the Member Login website page giving you access to our exclusive Member Knowledge Library (Satchel members only). We meet on average monthly or twice monthly at accessible venues around the Greater Manchester area. But all dates and venues of our forthcoming events can be found on our events page.

Join us at one of our ‘Sounding Board’ events it’s a great platform to talk about your business to other ‘local like-minded businesswomen’. When you become a ‘Satchel’ member you’ll receive a free listing in our ‘Member Directory’ that can be accessed by all visitors to the website. We also refer members (Backpack and Satchels) to our pool of contacts, as well as knowledge and expertise from across the group.

We are always looking for people to join our committee so you will be most welcome. All you need to do is speak to a committee member at one of our events or let us know you are interested by using the contact page form.

We always welcome comments about our networking group and sessions as it helps us measure the success of our events and is essential to ensure future workshops and events are relevant to our members. If you have enjoyed an event let us know using the contact page form and we will publish your testimonial, which is free PR for you. However, if you are unsatisfied with the networking group, group member or event then let us know and we will try to put things right.

Feel free to pop along to one of our events before deciding to join. You will be charged the non-member fee and should you decide to join on the day we will deduct the fee from your annual membership subscription fee. Find out more about our membership plans here.

Yes of course, if you are a member you can bring a friend for free as long as they are a woman in business.
