The common thread in my work is partnering with individuals, teams and organisations who are committed to, making changes that will improve their performance. This might be to deliver a challenging goal, a change or to address a problem. I work in 4 main areas which often overlap: coaching individuals and teams; facilitation and training; change management; and the development of performance models and toolkits. I am commonly engaged to work with clients during periods of organisational change; when role transitions (promotion/sector changes/moves) happen; when there is a dip in performance; when specific leadership skills need developing. I use a strengths and values-based approach to create a sustainable change.
